Everybody
walks through this Journey called Life. Whether good or bad, it's not
what you go through- its how you go through it. The key is to press
through and never give up!
If what you went through did not take you out, know that what you go through can only make you stronger. If you're still here, that means there's another chapter that's ready to be written. It is up to you whether you make it a great one!
Phillipians 3:14 states, "I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus."
As your press your way through difficult circumstances, into the presence of God, know that your decision to daily delight and abide inside His presence, regardless of your situation to rely on His security and strength will make it easy for you to turn your face toward Him in the difficult seasons.
Matthew 6:21 states, "for where your treasure is, there your heart will be also".
Many times people equate treasure with monetary possession. However wealth is also having all of your emotional needs and sufficiency found and satisfied in the presence of our Lord. Moreover, it is trusting the Lord to be our refuge, and strength.
It is always wise in our pursuit of God to put our faith in the fact that the grace of God is sufficient. That is truly what FAITH is: Forsaking All I Trust Him. He redeems our situation and makes what may have been a bad or negative experience an experience for our good when we put our faith in Him. Romans 8:28 states, “And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.” Though things may not seem good, look good, feel good, be good, He promises to work all things together for our God when we love Him.
He is the author and finisher who completes each of our lives journey with a promise that there is a victorious ending. Even in all of our uncertainty or when tempted to doubt Him, He is not a respecter of persons, however He is a respecter of our faith toward Him.
What will your next chapter be? More than comparing yourself laterally with others, look to develop your faith through the mirror of God's Word.
Matthew 9:29 AMPC states, "According to your faith and trust and reliance [on the power invested in Me] be it done to you." It is all up to your trust in the limitless God to move in your life at another level.
Purpose in your heart to not let your situation discourage you; instead make this next chapter a great one!
Be encouraged today!
